By accessing or using our services, software, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

2. Software License & Usage

Terexa Technologies grants subscribing schools and institutions a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ERP platform. Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our software source code.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

Institutions are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their admin and user login credentials. Any activity under your registered account is your responsibility. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Payment, Subscriptions & Renewals

Services are provided under monthly/annual subscription plans (e.g., Website & ERP software packages). Payments must be made on time to ensure uninterrupted service, server hosting, and software upgrades.

5. Service Availability & Support

While we aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our cloud servers, maintenance windows may occur. Technical support is available during working hours (Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM) to assist with setup, training, and troubleshooting.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, source code, designs, and content related to Terexa Technologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Terexa Technologies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Terexa Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from system misuse, network downtime beyond our control, or incorrect data input by institution users.
